I recently had a baby and I gave myself the amount of time it took me to gain the weight to lose it. As my son was approaching 9 months, I was not where I wanted or needed to be to reach that goal. After completing Fit Challenge 1,I was back to my pre-pregnancy weight and continued to lose weight with Fit Challenge 2.I learned how to make better food choices and get the most out of my workouts.I feel great and have more energy which not only benefits me, but my family as well.
