Meet Michelle

When I joined the fit challenge, I was hoping to finally lose the 10 lbs that I had crept on recently. I am pleased to say I was able to accomplish more than just weight loss! During the fit challenge, I gained an education and was able to set a variety of goals that have lead to improvement in my overall health beyond just what the scale says. I feel stronger, sleep better, and have learned to focus on eating healthy foods. My favorite lesson was shopping at Trader Joe's where we took a closer look at the foods we buy. I am excited to now be a member of the Outdoor Adventure Fitness Club to continue this new healthy lifestyle. I look forward to working out with Joe at his bootcamp and Elaine at her strength classes to continue meet my new fitness goals.

Meet Erin

I recently had a baby and I gave myself the amount of time it took me to gain the weight to lose it. As my son was approaching 9 months, I was not where I wanted or needed to be to reach that goal. After completing Fit Challenge 1,I was back to my pre-pregnancy weight and continued to lose weight with Fit Challenge 2.I learned how to make better food choices and get the most out of my workouts.I feel great and have more energy which not only benefits me, but my family as well.
